WynMotion - AI Video

This Privacy Policy applies to the WynMotion application (WynMotion AI, WynAI WynMotion) across mobile platforms (iOS / Apple App Store), desktop applications, web platforms (wynai.pro), and related services developed and operated by WynAI.

By installing, accessing, creating an account, uploading multimedia files from your device, entering prompts, generating video projects, or purchasing subscription plans and AI credit packs, you acknowledge and agree to the data collection and processing practices described in this policy.

Account Information: Email address, display name, user identifier (User ID), profile photo (if authenticated via Google/Apple), active subscription status (Free, Premium, Pro, VIP Studio), and consumable AI credit balance.

User-Uploaded Local Files & Media (From Your Device):

• Image Files (PNG, JPG, JPEG, WEBP, AVIF, SVG): Portraits, product photos, graphics, brand logos, or background images you voluntarily select and upload from your local device storage or Camera Roll (Photos) to build storyboard scenes and video compositions.

• Video Clips & Footage (MP4, MOV, WEBM): Sample video clips, live-action footage, or motion assets uploaded from your computer or phone to splice, apply transition effects, or composite into templates.

• Audio & Music Files (MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC): Custom background music tracks, sound effects (SFX), or voice recordings uploaded from your device to soundtrack your videos.

• Microphone Voice Recordings: Audio captured when you explicitly choose to record your own spoken voiceover narration directly within the app for individual video scenes.

Prompts & Creative Script Data: Written concepts (text prompts), video titles, narration scripts, dialogue subtitles, overlays, stickers, on-screen text, and chosen artistic style presets.

Technical & Usage Data: Video creation history, scene timeline configurations, applied GLSL transitions and VFX filter selections, export durations, chosen rendering resolutions (720p, 1080p, 4K), hardware information (device model, iOS/Web operating system version), and diagnostic crash logs to maintain system stability.

Device Permissions:

• Photo Library & Files Access (Photos & Storage): Required solely to allow you to choose local images/videos to upload into your video projects and to save rendered MP4 videos back to your Camera Roll or Files directory.

• Microphone (Optional): Only accessed when you tap the record button to capture custom voice narration; WynMotion never records in the background.

Generative AI Content Creation:

• Analyzing prompts and creative concepts to orchestrate cinematic video scenes.

• Generating exclusive AI illustrations and concept artwork based on chosen styles (AI Image Generation).

• Synthesizing natural, expressive narration voiceovers from script text (AI Voiceover / Text-to-Speech).

• Composing and synchronizing original AI background music matching video tempo and tone (AI Background Music).

• Synthesizing dynamic AI video scenes, motion clips, and billboard animations (AI Video Generation / Veo Video Models).

Video Editing & Rendering Pipeline: Processing, compositing, and synchronizing your uploaded images, video clips, and audio tracks with motion graphics, 125 GLSL transitions, and 40 VFX filters into finished high-definition MP4 videos.

Project Synchronization & Management: Storing project states, scene layouts, and completed videos so you can access, review, modify, or download them seamlessly across devices.

Account Management & Transactions: Authenticating users, maintaining AI credit allowances, and processing in-app subscriptions and credit purchases through Apple StoreKit on iOS or secure payment gateways on the Web.

Security & Service Enhancement: Detecting fraudulent activity, preventing system exploitation and prohibited content generation, optimizing render performance, and elevating user experience.

To deliver high-performance AI video rendering and scalable cloud infrastructure, WynMotion collaborates with global technology providers:

• AI Model Providers: Google Cloud / Google Gemini (script comprehension and scene direction), Google Vertex AI / Veo (high-fidelity cinematic video generation), and specialized models for Text-to-Speech voiceovers, AI image synthesis, and music generation.

• Cloud Infrastructure & Storage: Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication for secure identity management, Cloud Firestore for project data persistence, and Cloud Storage for secure media caching during rendering).

• Payments & Subscriptions: Apple In-App Purchase and RevenueCat (managing iOS subscriptions and consumable credits in full compliance with Apple StoreKit guidelines), SePay (VietQR processing in Vietnam), and Lemon Squeezy (international web payments).

Our Data Commitment:

• Third-party AI services receive and process input data (prompts, scene images, audio clips) solely to generate the requested output for your video project.

• We NEVER sell personal data. We NEVER share personally identifiable information (such as your name, email, or phone number) with third-party AI providers for advertising or model training purposes.

Age Requirement: WynMotion is intended for users aged 13 and older (or 17 and older according to App Store age classifications for applications capable of generating AI content). Children under 13 are strictly prohibited from using the service.

ZERO-TOLERANCE Policy: We strictly prohibit submitting prompts, uploading files (images, videos, audio), or attempting to generate content that involves:

• Sexually explicit content, pornography, sexual harassment, or child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

• Extreme violence, gore, promoting self-harm, or terrorism.

• Hate speech, discrimination, harassment, threats, or defamation.

• Malicious deception, harmful deepfakes, or fraudulent schemes.

• Infringement of intellectual property, trademarks, or copyrights belonging to any party.

Automated Content Moderation:

• All text prompts and uploaded reference images are automatically screened by automated AI content moderation filters before rendering.

• Any attempt to circumvent security filters (jailbreaking) to generate harmful or prohibited material will result in immediate and permanent account termination without refund.

Ownership of Uploaded Media:

• You retain full intellectual property ownership over original photos, video clips, music files, logos, and scripts that you upload from your local device.

• You are legally responsible for ensuring that you possess all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for all media assets you upload into WynMotion.

Rights in AI-Generated Content:

• For videos generated through a valid WynMotion account (including active Premium, Pro, or VIP Studio plans), you are granted the right to download, store, and utilize the exported video for personal or commercial purposes (such as product advertising, TikTok, YouTube, or social media campaigns) subject to WynMotion’s Terms of Service and underlying AI provider terms.

Copyright Infringement & DMCA Takedowns:

• We respect third-party intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been improperly used on our service, please contact [email protected] with verifiable proof of ownership for prompt review and removal.

Encryption: All communications between your device and WynMotion servers are safeguarded using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS 1.3 encryption.

Project Storage: Uploaded media assets and rendered MP4 videos are held in secure, access-controlled cloud infrastructure to enable project review and export.

User Control: You may download your finished videos to your local device at any time. When you delete a project or video inside the app, the associated assets are removed from active display and purged from storage during standard maintenance cycles.

While we deploy robust technical safeguards, no internet transmission method is entirely impenetrable. You are responsible for safeguarding your device and login credentials.

You hold full rights regarding your personal information under applicable data protection laws:

• Access & Export: Review your video generation history, project scenes, and download rendered videos.

• Correction: Update your account display name and profile details.

• Account Deletion: Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated project data directly in the app settings or by contacting [email protected].

• Device Permissions Control: Manage, enable, or revoke permissions for Photo Library, Storage, or Microphone at any time through your operating system settings (iOS Settings or browser permissions).

To enable automated AI video creation (scriptwriting, AI artwork, motion generation, voiceover narration, and background score synthesis), the application sends prompt contents and required scene media to secure cloud-based AI models.

By tapping creation buttons ("Generate Script", "Generate AI Images", "Create Video", "Export MP4"), you provide consent for WynMotion to transmit this necessary operational data to our vetted computational partners.

WynMotion commits that no personally identifiable information (such as your email or account ID) is attached to prompts sent to third-party AI model providers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to accommodate new features, technical enhancements, or regulatory requirements. Any updates will be posted here with a refreshed effective date.
